Terms of Service

Version 2.0 — October 2026

1. Scope of the service

Ghostframe produces video. You are buying finished media files and the packaging that goes with them — scripts, narration, scene imagery, an assembled edit, caption files, thumbnails, and title/description/tag metadata — in the quantity and at the quality tier your order specifies.

You are not buying an audience, a ranking, a subscriber count, a revenue figure, a monetization decision, or the survival of any account on any platform. Those outcomes are produced by platforms, their viewers, and their policies. We do not control them and do not sell them.

Any performance figure described anywhere on this site is an illustration. It is not a forecast for your channel and it is not a typical outcome. Individual channels differ enormously, and a meaningful share earn nothing at all.

2. Production method and tolerable variation

Production is largely automated and machine-assisted: language models write, speech synthesis narrates, image models render, and a rendering pipeline assembles the result. These are probabilistic systems. Output is not reproducible to a specification.

Consequently, every stated length, word count, images-per-minute figure, or pacing target is an intent, not a warranty. A delivered file may run longer or shorter than the figure you selected, and a scene may not match the beat it was written for as precisely as a human editor would manage.

Machine-assisted production also produces ordinary imperfections: an awkward voice inflection, an imperfect illustration, a caption landing a fraction late. Those are characteristic of the method you are purchasing. They are not defects, and they do not entitle you to a refund, a replacement, or a re-render.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically for the same period at the rate in force when the renewal is charged, until you cancel. The rate in force at renewal is the one shown at checkout or in the renewal notice we send ahead of the charge.

You can stop a subscription at any time from My Plan in your dashboard. Cancelling ends future renewals; it does not reverse the period you are in. The cycle you have already paid for is produced and delivered in full, and no part of it is refunded or credited.

We may change prices or what a tier includes. Where we do, we give at least seven days' notice before the change reaches your renewal. Volume discounts are calculated per billing cycle from the total minutes in that cycle.

If a renewal charge fails, the subscription is not cancelled, but production pauses until the balance is settled. Continuing to use the service after a price change is acceptance of it.

4. No refunds

Every sale is final. Production capacity, model calls, and rendering time are committed the moment an order is accepted, so the cost of your order is already spent before the first file reaches you.

That means no refund is available after payment — not for a change of mind, not for disappointment with the creative result, not because you chose not to publish, not because a platform declined to monetize you, not because an account was struck, suspended, or removed, not because a delivery ran past an estimate we gave, and not because you would like a different edit of work you have already received.

If a payment is disputed, we suspend the licence to the files from that billing cycle until the dispute is resolved or repaid. Raise the problem with support before you contact your bank; we would rather fix it than argue about it.

5. Ownership

The channel is yours. You create it, it is registered to your account, and we never take control of it, its credentials, or its monetization.

The deliverables are yours too. On payment for a cycle, you own the files we produced in that cycle outright — the video masters, the scripts, the narration audio, the scene images, the caption files, the thumbnails, and the metadata — and you may use, edit, monetise, re-upload, or sell them however you wish, on any platform, with no further payment to us and no attribution required.

We keep no licence to your delivered content except the limited right described in section 6 (portfolio use, which you can refuse), and we claim no share of any revenue the channel earns.

One caveat we cannot remove: copyright in machine-generated material is unsettled and differs by country. We assign whatever rights we hold, but we cannot promise that a given jurisdiction will recognise copyright in AI-generated footage. That risk sits with you, as it does with any producer using these tools.

6. Portfolio use

We would like to show delivered work as an example of what we produce. We may do so only in anonymised form — the piece, not your channel identity, name, or analytics — unless you agree in writing to be credited.

Email support at any time and we will stop using your work this way, permanently, without needing a reason.

7. Platforms, monetization, and account risk

We do not control whether YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other platform approves, promotes, monetizes, restricts, or removes your channel or your uploads. We cannot guarantee monetization approval, and we do not promise that any platform will keep its current rules.

Publishing machine-assisted content carries platform risk you accept when you publish it: detection systems, policy revisions, limited-advertiser designations, strikes, and removal. Those outcomes do not make a delivery defective and do not create a refund right.

You are responsible for what you publish and for complying with each platform's terms in your own jurisdiction.

8. Connected accounts and auto-posting

Auto Poster works with authorisations and credentials you create and control. Depending on the platform, you supply your own developer application, and the upload quota and permissions belong to your account, not ours.

We never ask for your passwords and never take ownership of a connected account. Disconnecting ends future scheduled uploads only; anything already published stays published.

Platform integrations change without notice and may break. When they do, every delivered file remains downloadable so you can publish by hand.

9. File hosting and retention

Delivered files stay in your library for as long as your plan is active. We do not delete active-customer media on a timer.

After cancellation your files remain available for at least 90 days, and longer on plans that include a longer retention window (up to 365 days on our highest tier). We email before anything is removed. Keep your own copies regardless — your ownership is not conditional on our hosting.

Storage allowances are set by plan tier and are shown in the builder before you pay, and additional blocks can be purchased from the dashboard.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing; content that violates a platform's rules; or content that sexualises or endangers minors.

We may refuse an order or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do, the no-refund terms in section 4 apply.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost or reduced platform revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and give us 30 days to resolve the issue in good faith.

Where arbitration is permitted, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Kerala, India. Either party may still seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where arbitration is unavailable.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
