9:16 Vertical Production · TikTok Inbox Delivery

Done-for-you faceless TikTok & Shorts production.

High-retention 9:16 vertical Shorts with word-pop captions and hook-engineered scripts, delivered automatically to your TikTok App Inbox and available for YouTube Shorts and Facebook from the same master file.

Drafts, not automatic publishing

Using TikTok's Developer Sandbox Mode with Login Kit and the Content Posting API, scheduled Shorts land directly in your TikTok phone inbox as drafts. You confirm each one yourself before it goes live. Sandbox access is granted by TikTok and its limits can change.

Studio 9:16 clip cutter

Cut additional vertical Shorts from any delivered long-form documentary using word-aligned timestamps, so the caption timing survives the cut instead of being re-estimated.

What makes a vertical Short different

A Short is not a long-form video with the edges cropped off. The structure, the pacing, the caption placement and the reason someone keeps watching all change.

Hook-engineered 9:16 scripts

Short scripts are written to a different structure than long-form: the hook lands in the first two seconds, one idea per video, and the loop point is built in so rewatches count. Word count is sized to the target runtime, not guessed.

Vertical-native visuals

Every scene is generated or cropped for 9:16 with the subject inside the centre third, so nothing important sits under TikTok's interface, the caption bar, or the action buttons.

Word-pop captions

Captions are timed from the actual speech alignment rather than an average reading speed, so the highlight lands on the word being spoken. A clean .srt is included alongside the burned-in version.

One-tap delivery to TikTok

Shorts are pushed to your TikTok App Inbox through the Content Posting API in sandbox mode. You open the app, review the draft, and post with one tap — no download-transfer-upload dance on your phone.

One master, every vertical destination

The 9:16 master is published once and delivered to every vertical destination. Captions sit inside the safe area on all of them, and titles are rewritten per platform instead of pasted — a YouTube search title and a TikTok caption are not the same sentence.

Auto-posting to any platform is optional and configurable per channel; every file is always downloadable if you prefer to publish by hand.

  • TikTok

Draft delivered to your App Inbox via Sandbox Mode. One-tap confirm.

  • YouTube Shorts

Uploaded through your own channel's Device Flow quota.

  • Facebook & X

Optional delivery from the same source when the format fits.

  • Instagram Reels (manual)

The identical 9:16 master is downloadable for Reels; Meta needs an audited publish permission, so you upload it yourself.

Shorts questions, answered plainly

What is TikTok Sandbox Mode, and why does it matter?

TikTok's Content Posting API normally requires an app review before an integration can post on a creator's behalf. Sandbox mode instead delivers drafts straight to your TikTok App Inbox, which is why delivery can start while your own app is still in sandbox. You approve every post yourself, so nothing reaches your public profile unconfirmed.

Do you post without my approval?

No. Sandbox delivery puts a draft in your inbox. Nothing publishes to your profile until you open the app and confirm that specific post.

Can I cross-post the same Short elsewhere?

Yes — the same 9:16 master is used for YouTube Shorts and Facebook. Instagram Reels uses the identical file too, but it is a manual upload: Meta requires an audited publishing permission for automated posting, so the file is downloadable and you post it yourself. Titles and captions are written per platform rather than pasted, because a YouTube search title reads badly as a TikTok caption.

Can I cut extra Shorts from a long-form video?

Yes. The Studio clip cutter uses word-aligned timestamps to select a moment from any delivered long-form documentary and export it as a vertical Short, with captions intact.

Do Shorts views count toward monetization?

Only toward YouTube's separate Shorts route (10 million views in 90 days today, 20 million for new applicants from February 2027) — not the 4,000 watch-hour threshold. Shorts are for discovery and subscriber growth; long-form is the realistic monetization path.
