Talk to a person, not a chatbot.

One inbox covers every question. Pick the route below that matches what you need, and include your order reference if you have one — it halves the time it takes us to answer.

Before you buy

Questions about plans, tiers, or output

Ask about what a plan delivers, which tier suits your runtime, or how a mixed build is priced. Include the niche you have in mind if you want a straight answer about whether we produce it.

Delivery, revisions, or a problem with a batch

Open a ticket from the Support tab in your dashboard rather than emailing. The thread attaches to your order and your account, so whoever picks it up already has the context and the files.

Billing

Invoices, renewals, or a failed charge

Billing runs through our merchant of record, and invoices are downloadable from the Billing tab. If a renewal failed or a charge looks wrong, contact us before your bank — most of these are fixable the same day.

Data requests, notices, and press

Access, correction, erasure, and portability requests are handled under our Privacy Policy. Formal notices and anything else that is not a support question should go to the same inbox, marked clearly in the subject line.

We answer support email in the order it arrives, usually within one business day. Most questions about what a plan includes, how ownership works, or whether refunds are available are already answered on the Terms, Refund Policy, and Beginner's Guide, so it may be faster to look there first.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us the runtime and the niche. We will tell you which tier and volume actually produces it, including when the honest answer is that a smaller plan is enough.
